ASIAN MARINADE INGREDIENTS:

Asian Marinade

Instructions:
Yield: 10 Servings
½cups Fresh orange juice
1/3cups Fresh lemon juice
1/3cups Fresh lime juice
3tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
½cups Low sodium soy sauce
3  Whole scallions -- thinly
  Sliced
  White, lt. green onl
1sm Jalapeno -- sliced thin,
  Crosswi
½teaspoon Red pepper flakes
8  Thin strips
  Orange zest

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use to marinade shellfish, chicken or pork.
