DEHYDRATOR BARBEC… INGREDIENTS:

Dehydrator Barbecue Sauce

Instructions:
Yield: 8 servings
1cups Onions, dehydrated
1cups Ketchup
¼cups Sweet peppers, dehydrated
2tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
¼cups Parsley, dried
1tablespoon Salt
½cups Honey
½teaspoon Mint, dried
1tablespoon Lemon juice
1cups Dry white wine
3tablespoon Lea & Perrins
3tablespoon Vinegar
1tablespoon Liquid smoke
1cups Water

Put all the dried ingredients in a pot and add water. Let it set a little while. Add the wine and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook for several hours.
