Instructions:

10  Egg yolks; beaten with
10tablespoon Sugar
½cups Cream; thick
4  Egg whites; stiffly beaten
½cups Butter; melted - strained
1teaspoon Cardamom
  Citron or orange peel; crus
1tablespoon Lemon juice
  Flour; to roll
