LAMB LOIN CHOPS W… INGREDIENTS:

Lamb Loin Chops w/ Turkish Yogurt Sauce

Instructions:
Yield: 4 Servings
8oz Plain yogurt
¼teaspoon Cinnamon
¼teaspoon Allspice
¼teaspoon Salt
¼teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2cl Garlic; minced
2tablespoon Fresh mint; chopped
1teaspoon Lemon peel; grated
1teaspoon Honey
8  Lamb loin chops; 1¼-inch
. thick, about 5oz each

In a bowl stir together yogurt, cinnamon, allspice, salt and cayenne. Add garlic, mint, lemon peel and honey and blend well. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.

Trim lamb chops. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes on each side, to medium doneness. Pour yogurt sauce evenly over all.
