Libby's Jeweled Relish

Instructions:

Yield: 1 servings

1	can	Undrained sauerkraut (lg)
2	cups	Celery, chopped
1	cups	Choppd salad olive w/pimento
½	cups	Honey
1		Grn pepper, chopped-optional
1		Carrot, grated - optional
1		Dill or garlic - optional

Combine all ingredients. Allow to blend 8 to 10 hours. Chill. Mrs. James W. Wilson
