| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | Nutmeg, ground |
| ¼ | cups | Butter; melted |
| 2 | pt | Half-and-half |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parsley; chopped |

Cut lobster meat in pieces. Combine lobster, seasonings, and butter; heat. Add half-and-half and bring to boiling point, but do not boil. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
