Mediteranean Style Burgers

Instructions:
Yield: 8 Burgers
2lb Lean ground beef
10oz Spinach, frozen chopped-
2cl Garlic; finely chopped
¼cups Grated Parmesan cheese
1cups Prepared spaghetti sauce
½cups Packaged Italian-seasoned

Preheat the broiler or prepare the grill so the coals are hot. Combine the beef, spinach, garlic, Parmesan cheese, spaghetti sauce and bread crumbs in a large bowl until well mixed. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, and shape into 8 burger patties. Broil or grill the burgers 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Makes 8 burgers at 78 cents each. Prep: 15 minutes Broil or grill: 12 minutes. Per burger: 333 calories, 30 g protein, 19 g fat, 10 g carbohydrate, 510 mg sodium, 90 mg cholesterol.
